Data collection by form
Each form or teleservice limits the collection of personal data to what is strictly necessary.
The information collected in each form is recorded in a computer file kept by the company DELTAVIT (ZA du Bois de Teillay, Quartier du Haut Bois 35150 Janzé). The legal basis for processing is legitimate interest.
Data marked with an asterisk in the questionnaire must be provided. Otherwise, we will not be able to respond to your request.
The data collected will only be communicated to the following recipients: the department responsible for processing your request according to the request made. It is processed using secure protocols and enables Deltavit to manage the requests received in its IT applications.
It is kept for the time required to process your request and then deleted after 2 years. You may access your personal data, rectify it, request its deletion or exercise your right to limit the processing of your data; you may also object to the processing of your data. About cookies

Three types of cookies are placed on the Deltavit website:
A- Internal cookies necessary for the site to function
These cookies enable the site to function optimally. You can object to them and delete them using your browser settings, although your user experience may be degraded.

B - Audience measurement cookies
In order to adapt the site to the demands of its visitors, we measure the number of visits, the number of pages viewed as well as the activity of visitors on the site and the frequency with which they return. We also collect your IP address in order to determine the city from which you are connecting. This is immediately anonymised after use. The company Deltavit can therefore in no way trace it back to a physical person. The personal data collected - the cookie identifier - is kept by Deltavit for a period of 13 months. It is not passed on to third parties or used for any other purpose. You can choose to refuse cookies and statistical analysis of your browsing data.
C - Third-party cookies designed to improve site interactivity
The Deltavit website relies on certain services offered by third-party websites. These functions use third-party cookies deposited directly by these services. These include:
